Mitsuru, JE1HXZ, activates Kohama Island (Yaeyama Is., AS-024) between the 5th and 13th as JE1HXZ/6 on 160-6m (CW, SSB, RTTY, FT8). QSL via bureau, LoTW.
T2 - Tuvalu Is. - 08.10.23
Ronny DG2RON, Fred DH5FS, Olaf DJ7TO, Werner DJ9KH, Joe DK5WL, Frank DL1KWK, Georg DL4SVA, Christian DL6KAC, Axel DL6KVA, Olaf DL7JOM, Rolf DL7VEE, and Andree DL8LAS will be operating together as T2C from Funafuti Island (OC-015) between the 10th and 30th. Simon, XW0LP is QRV from Luang Prabang while working as a school teacher. Activity is in his spare time on 160 to 6 meters using FT8. QSL via M0OXO.
YJ - Vanuatu - 08.10.23
Team YJ0TT (NC7M and other five operators) will be active from Efate (OC-035), Vanuatu from 26 October to 3 November. They will operate CW, SSB and digital modes on 160-10 metres. Individual callsigns include YJ0SR (N7JI), YJ0ET (NG7E), YJ0NA (K6VHF, who is planning to operate via satellites), YJ0UC (W6UC) & YJ0EE (NJ6P), who plan to be QRV on 6 metres EME ("for the very first three days to take advantage of low degradation") and terrestrial.
